Cancellation Policy
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email to info@3sistersboutique.com if you need to cancel your order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders has already been shipped.
Return Policy
Please send an email to info@3sistersboutique.com if you have any questions regarding your order or if you’d like to initiate a return. Include the order number, order date and product name in your email.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee whether you opt for store credit or refund.
Items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for either a merchandise credit or a refund to the original form of payment. Please indicate in your email which method of return you prefer. Returns will not be accepted for any items after that time period.
Gift cards and Final Sale items (product at or above 30% off) are not eligible for return or exchange.
To ensure that you will receive a refund for returned items, all products must be in original resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached. Footwear should have no sign of scratches or markings on the soles.
If you would like to return item(s) purchased that qualified your order for a discount or a free gift, please note that the return value will be less the discounted amount.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us via email. All claims must be made within 5 days of said items delivery date. We will not accept defective merchandise claims on items that have been worn or washed.
