Our Store’s Return Policies on Our Products

An item can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the item being delivered. No monetary refunds will be issued. Merchandise must be in original condition and include original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for return/exchange. We will absolutely not tolerate wardrobing. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and any shipping charges on the original purchase will not be refunded or credited back to the customer. If the customer requests an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to receive the size exchange. Ship all returns using USPS with tracking, we strongly suggest that the customer consider purchasing shipping insurance on any return.

All merchandise sold at a discount of 30% or greater, final sale, clearance, jewelry, bralettes, cosmetics and or any item considered to be an undergarment for hygiene reason will not be eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us via email. All claims must be made within 5 days of said items delivery date. We will not accept returns or defective merchandise claims on items that have been worn or washed.

Order Cancellations

All orders requested to be cancelled prior to their fulfillment with be assessed a 5% restocking fee.

Holiday Season Returns

Due to the busy holiday season and shopping for gifts, we have created an extended holiday return policy. Any purchase made between the dates of November 15th through December 25th can be returned for store credit/exchange until January 15th. This extended holiday return policy will not apply if the said item was purchased during a promotional period that excludes said item for return/exchange.

If a return request has been granted, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed from the arrival date of the package. Please include a copy of your invoice to help expedite your return processing time.
