Return Policies

Please send an email to info@3sistersboutique.com before sending a return to make sure it is eligible. Include the order number, item, and reason for returning in your email.

  • An item can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the item being delivered. No monetary refunds will be issued.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached and include original packaging. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be
    returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. We absolutely will not tolerate wardrobing.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges from the purchase will not be refunded or credited back to the customer.
  • If the customer requests an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to receive the size exchange.
  • Ship all returns using USPS with tracking, we strongly suggest that the customer consider purchasing shipping insurance on any return.
  • All merchandise sold at a discount of 30% or greater, final sale, clearance, jewelry, bralettes, cosmetics and or any item considered to be an undergarment for hygiene reason will not be eligible for return/exchange.
  • We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.
  • If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us via email. All claims must be made within 5 days of said items delivery date. We will not accept returns or defective merchandise claims on items that have been worn or washed.
